DB on the Royal Star

Don has been fishing on the Royal Star out of San Diego for years, but this year I drove down with him and (no I didn't go fishing) Idropped him off at the boat. It was fun to see him be greeted by people that he knew from other trips. The captains wife, Tracy, greeted him by name. He was in his fishing element.

While he fished for 8 days, I went to Erica's house and hung out with her, Andrew and two week old Zachary. That was a blast. It was fun to have this special time with all of them.

Here are a few of the pictures. The first two are before the trip and the next two are after. He caught loads of blue fin tuna and we are now enjoying his catch. It is delicious.
