San Francisco Bay in January - Stunning

Laurel suggest that we go out on the boat today. I thought it would be way too cold in January to take the boat out. Well, it was beautiful. We cruised around Angel Island with a stop near the Golden Gate Bridge. We then headed over to Paradise for some food. Can you believe that there was no fishing? But, it was a beautiful day. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know Laurel's friend, Anand. Another great day on the bay.

New Years at the Cabin with Katie & Kevin

Kevin, Katie and their three kids (4 weeks, 2 years and 4 years) came up to the cabin to celebrate New Years with us. It was really cold. The warmest we ever got the cabin was 66 degrees and that was with heaters and a fire going. We had enough snow so the kids could play. They got to go to the pond and do "pond bowling". They really liked that. Enjoy our adventure in pictures!

Now this picture just makes me shiver, but Steven decided that he wanted to walk in the snow with his bare feet. Burrrrr!
